Internet Explorer 6.x:
- In Internet Explorer click on "Tools" at the top of the window.
- Select "Internet Options".
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- In the center of the "Privacy" tab screen, there should be an
"Advanced" button. Click this button.
- Ensure that "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked.
- First and Third party cookies should be set to "Accept"
- Check "Always allow session cookies"
- Click on "OK"
Internet Explorer 5.x (Windows):
- From the Tools menu, click [Internet Options].
- Click the [Security] tab.
- Click the [Custom Level] button.
- Click on the "Advanced" button
- Scroll down through the window to locate the Cookie Section. Internet Explorer 5
contains two separate locations where cookies are changed:
Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer.
Allow per-session Cookies, not stored.
- Enable your cookies at each location.
- Click [OK].
Internet Explorer 5.x (Macintosh):
- Click Edit
- Select Preferences
- Under the Receiving Files option, select Cookies
- Under "When receiving cookies:" select the desired level of cookie acceptance
- Click OK to finish
Internet Explorer 4.x:
- Click on VIEW.
- Go to INTERNET OPTIONS.
- Click Security tab.
- Click on Custom Level.
- Scroll Down to COOKIES.
- "Enable Cookies" should be selected.
- Click OK to exit
Netscape
Netscape Navigator 6.x - 8.x
- Click Edit on the Toolbar.
- Click Preferences
- Click the Privacy and Security category; expand the list to show the subcategories.
- Click Cookies
- Three options are displayed. Do the following:
- Check "Enable all cookies"
- If you want to be notified when a web site tries to set a cookie, select "Warn me
before accepting a cookie."
Netscape Navigator 4.x
- Click on Edit, and then click Preferences
- Click on the Advanced
- In the Cookies section, select Accept all cookies
- Click OK
Netscape Navigator 3.x
- Go to Options on the menu bar
- Pick Network Preferences
- Click the Languages tab
- Click the checkbox next to "Enable Java"
- Click OK

NOTE: If the changes below do not work for you, please minimize the AOL Browser and
open and use a SEPARATE browser like Internet Explorer or Netscape.
Properly Enabling Cookies on AOL 9.0:
- Click on the AOL "Settings" icon near the top of your AOL window.
- In the "Essentials" section, click on "Internet [Web] Options"
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click on the "Advanced" button
- Ensure that "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked.
- First and Third party cookies should be set to "Accept"
- Check "Always allow session cookies"
- Click on "OK"
- Click "Apply" and then "OK"
Properly Enabling Cookies on AOL 8.0:
- Click on the AOL "Settings" icon near the top of your AOL window.
- In the dropdown that appears, select "Preferences".
- Click the "By Category" tab
- Find "Internet" in the listings.
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click on the "Advanced" button.
- Ensure that "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked.
- First and Third party cookies should be set to "Accept"
- Check "Always allow session cookies"
- Click on "OK"
- Click "Apply" and then "OK"
Enable Cookies on AOL (v6.0) for WINDOWS:
- Click on MY AOL.
- Click SETTINGS on the main toolbar.
- Click PREFERENCES.
- Click on Internet Properties (WWW).
- Click on the SECURITY tab.
- Click on the INTERNET ZONE, then click on the Custom button on the bottom of the window.
The Security Settings window will appear.
- Scroll down until you see Cookies.
- Click Enable for the Allow per-session cookies option.
- Click OK to exit.
Enable Cookies on AOL (v5.0) for WINDOWS:
- Click on MY AOL on the main toolbar.
- Click PREFERENCES.
- Click on WWW.
- Click on the SECURITY tab.
- Click on the INTERNET ZONE, then click on the Custom button on the bottom of the window.
The Security Settings window will appear.
- Scroll down until you see Cookies.
- Click Enable for the Allow per-session cookies option.
- Click OK to exit.
Enable Cookies on AOL (v4.0) for WINDOWS:
- Click on START MENU from desktop
- Click on SETTINGS, then CONTROL PANEL
- Click on the INTERNET icon.
- Click the ADVANCED tab and scroll down until you see the word COOKIES.
- Click on ALWAYS ACCEPT COOKIES.
- Click on APPLY and then OK to exit.
Enable Cookies on AOL (v3.x) for WINDOWS or (v4.x) for MACINTOSH:
- Click on MEMBERS or MY AOL.
- Click PREFERENCES.
- Click on WWW or WEB.
- Click on ADVANCED TAB and scroll down until you see the word COOKIES.
- ENABLED should be selected.
- Click OK to exit.
Enable Cookies on AOL (v3.x) for MACINTOSH:
- Cookies are NOT available through v3.x for Mac. AOL recommends upgrading to AOL 5.0.
- This is available to download at http://free.aol.com.

- From the File menu, choose Preferences.
- Click the Privacy category.
- Check Enable Cookies.
- From the Normal Cookies drop-down menu, select Automatically accept all cookies.
- From the Third Part drop-down menu, select Automatically accept all cookies.
- Click OK.

- Go to Edit on top of browser
- Choose Preferences on bottom of list
- Open the Privacy & Security menu on left hand side of box.
- On right hand side of box choose "Enable all cookies"
- Press OK

- Select Tools | Options... from the main menu.
- Select Privacy from the left panel of options.
- Expand the Cookies options on the right.
- Select "Enable Cookies."
Safari

- From the Safari Menu, choose Preferences.
- Click the Security icon.
- In the Accept Cookies: selection box, chose Always.
Camino
Camino
- Select Preferences from the Camino menu.
- Select the Privacy icon.
- Select Enable cookies.
- Close the Preferences by clicking in the window's close box
Konqueror
Konqueror
- Under Settings select Configure Konqueror.
- In the 'Settings' window, select 'Cookies'.
- On the right-hand side panel select 'Enable Cookies.'
